You will find a wide variety of frozen potstickers (or pot stickers) at the grocery store. If they're labeled Goyza dumplings, you can use them just like potstickers.
- Package of Frozen Potstickers - Any brand of frozen potstickers, frozen dumplings, or frozen gyoza.
- Vegetable oil - in an oil sprayer.
- Dipping sauce - Sweet Chili Sauce, Soy Sauce, or your favorite.
For Dipping Sauce
- Soy Sauce - or Teriyaki sauce.
- Water
- Rice Vinegar
- Garlic powder - or finely minced garlic.
- Toasted Sesame seeds - or minced green onion.

Don't defrost the frozen potstickers, go directly from freezer to air fryer.
Spread Frozen Potstickers In Air Fryer
- Place frozen potstickers in air fryer basket in a single layer so the hot air can circulate around them.
- Spray the potstickers with a light mist of vegetable oil using the oil sprayer.
Air Fry Frozen Potstickers
- Set your air fryer temperature to 375 degrees F. No need to preheat, the forced hot air heats up so fast that preheating has negligible effect.
- Air fry for 6-8 minutes, or until the potstickers are golden brown and crispy.
- Remove air fried potstickers from the air fryer basket with tongs as they are HOT. Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
