Top Tips
- Wrap these breakfast roll ups in wax paper instead of plastic wrap, and store in a zip lock bag. This will keep them fresh, and easy to unroll after microwaving. Plastic wrap sticks together so well that it is a wrestling match getting the heated roll up out after microwaving.
- Be sure to get the thin sliced deli meats and cheeses, otherwise these can get too thick to roll up easily.
