- 3 cups all purpose flour
- 2 tablespoon baking powder
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- pinch of salt
- 2½ cups milk
- 2 large eggs
- 4 oz melted butter
- 2 bananas
- ½ cup mini chocolate chips
Preheat your oven to 425° F.
Spray a large baking or rimmed cookie sheet with non stick spray. Set aside.
Add the flour, baking powder, sugar, and wisk together.

In a large mixing bowl whisk together the milk, eggs, and melted butter.

Add the flour mixture to the bowl of wet ingredients and quickly whisk to blend. Pour batter into prepared rimmed baking sheet and spread out evenly.
Spread banana slices on the top of the pancake batter. Sprinkle with the mini chocolate chips. Bake for 15 minutes or golden brown and done on top. Serve with maple syrup.
