- ¼ cup Butter
- ¼ cup Flour
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Dry Mustard Coleman's Dry Mustard
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper Ground
- ¼ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon White wine or lemon juice
- 2 cup Milk
- 1 cup Mild Cheddar shredded
- 1 cup Sharp Cheddar shredded
- Spices Optional: Paprika, Chili Powder, Curry, etc.

In a medium saucepan over medium-high heat, melt the butter. Whisk in the flour and seasonings until blended and bubbling.

Slowly add the milk and whisk until completely blended.

Transfer the fondue to a fondue pot that's been prepared, or a small size Crockpot dip warmer. NOTE: You can use more or less milk to adjust this fondue to a thickness you prefer. Keep heated on low, and serve with dippers.
