Top off the champagne flute with 3 oz cranberry juice. Stop ¼" from the rim

Add some festive garnish to fit the occasion. For a Christmas Mimosa, add a small sprig of rosemary and a few fresh cranberries.

- For a large gathering, consider adding the cranberry juice in the flutes ahead of time. Then, at the very last, add the sparkling Prosecco, Champagne, or Moscato. This way your Cranberry Mimosa cocktails will be half way made ahead of time.
