- 12 slices Bacon cooked or raw
- 4 Carb Balance wraps
- 4 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 cup lettuce shredded
- 1 cup tomatoes diced
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
Lay the bacon out in the air fryer, and cook at 350 F for 12 minutes. Or, you can fry the bacon in a skillet, or oven if cooking larger quantities.

While the bacon is cooking, set up the Carb Balance, or other flour tortillas. Spread mayonnaise on each tortilla wrap first, then add the shredded lettuce.
4 Carb Balance wraps, 4 tablespoon mayonnaise, 1 cup lettuce
Dice the tomatoes, but wait until after you add the cooked bacon.
Place the bacon on top, sprinkle on some of the diced tomatoes, season with salt & pepper, and wrap tightly, tucking the ends in as you roll up. Cut in two, serve and enjoy!

- Pre Cooked bacon is a huge time saver. Just microwave between two paper towels for 15 seconds to reheat. Allow 12 minutes for each basket of bacon.
- You can also cook the bacon in the oven on a cookie sheet, ideal for large number of wraps.
- Carb Balance or a similar brand of lower carb tortillas keep the carb load low.
