Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise sugar free
  • ¾ cup dill pickle finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon dill weed fresh chopped
  • 1 tablespoon parsley fresh chopped
  • 2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon lemon zest freshly zested
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon Swerve optional

Instructions

  • Place the mayonnaise, lemon juice, and lemon zest in a medium size mixing bowl.
    1 cup mayonnaise, 2 teaspoon lemon juice, ½ teaspoon lemon zest
  • Chop the dill pickle and mince the dill weed and parsley, and add to the bowl with the mayonnaise.
    ¾ cup dill pickle, 1 tablespoon dill weed, 1 tablespoon parsley
  • Mix well, then season to taste with the salt and pepper. Add the optional Swerve sweetener, mix, and then store in a jar in the refrigerator.

Notes

  • This Keto Tartar sauce is best prepared the day before so flavors than mingle.
