Ingredients

  • 4 6 oz salmon filet
  • tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice fresh squeezed
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoon parsley fresh minced

Instructions

  • Preheat the Air Fryer to 400 F. Line the air fryer basket or spray with non stick cooking spray.
  • Remove the skin from the salmon filets, and pat dry. Cut into 1" cubes or pieces.
    4 6 oz salmon filet
  • Combine the olive oil, salt, pepper, minced garlic, and lemon juice in a medium sized bowl. Add the salmon cubes and gently toss. Cover and marinate the salmon for 10 minutes.
1½ tablespoon olive oil, 2 tablespoon lemon juice, 2 cloves garlic, ½ teaspoon salt, ½ teaspoon pepper
  • Place the salmon on the air fryer basket. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until cooked through.
  • Remove basket and let sit for 5 minutes before using a pancake turner to transfer to a serving platter and garnish with parsley. Serve immediately with Tartar Sauce, and enjoy!
    2 tablespoon parsley

Notes

  • If you have a small air fryer, cook in two smaller batches.
  • PRO TIP: A easy tip to remove the skin from the salmon filets: Place the filets on a cookie cooling rack and set over a bowl. Boil some water, then pour it over the skin side of the salmon, letting the excess water drip into the bowl. Remove filets to a cutting board. The fish skin will curl upward, and you can simply peel it right off.
