  • ½ teaspoon cayenne

    3 green onion

Cajun Spice Blend

  • Mix all the spices into a small bowl and mix well. Don't use your hands unless you use some nitrile gloves, as residual spice can transfer to your eyes and lips, which is not comfortable!
salt, pepper, 1 teaspoon thyme, 1 teaspoon salt, ½ teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon smoked paprika, ¾ teaspoon oregano, ½ teaspoon red chili flakes, ¼ teaspoon onion powder, ½ teaspoon cayenne, ½ teaspoon thyme
  • Use the spice blend to coat as a rub on salmon, shrimp, chicken, steak, etc. Store any leftovers in a small jar.

Notes

  • If you have an air fryer, you can cook the salmon while the pasta is boiling on the stove top.
