- 1 large banana peeled
- 1 cup pineapple chunked
- 1 cup mango chunks, frozen or fresh
- ½ lime juiced
- 1½ milk dairy, almond, coconut, or any milk you prefer
- ½ lime for garnish, optional
- mint leaves for garnish, optional
Peel the banana and break or chop into 3 to 4 pieces. Add to the blender.
1 large banana
Add the frozen or fresh pineapple to the blender, right on top of the banana pieces.
1 cup pineapple
If using fresh mango, cut, peel, and chunk it up. Or, add frozen mango chunks, which will give your fabulous 'iced' and thick smoothie.
1 cup mango
Squeeze half a lime into the blender for a nice citrus burst.
½ lime
Choose the milk you prefer, regular dairy milk or a plant based milk. Any milk choice works great.
1½ milk
Garnish with a slice of lime and a mint leaf. Serve, and enjoy!
½ lime, mint leaves
- You can use any fresh or frozen fruit. Frozen fruit however gives you an even thicker, almost sorbet type of a smoothie. Almost a dessert in a glass!
- Cut the banana into ½" slices. Load the rest of the fruit in order of smallest size to largest size so the blender vortex pulls everything down.
- Don't forget to place the cover back on the blender before starting the blender!
