- ⅔ cup mayonnaise
- ⅓ cup sweet pickle relish
- 2 teaspoon mustard yellow
- ¾ teaspoon vinegar white
- ½ teaspoon Paprika regular Paprika, not the smoked!
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon onion powder
Measure the mayonnaise, sweet relish, yellow mustard, white vinegar, and seasonings all into a medium size bowl.
⅔ cup mayonnaise, ⅓ cup sweet pickle relish, 2 teaspoon mustard, ¾ teaspoon vinegar, ¼ teaspoon onion powder, ¼ teaspoon garlic powder, ½ teaspoon Paprika
Using a whisk, blend the Big Mac sauce ingredients until they are smooth (except for the obvious sweet relish chunks of course).
Place your homemade Big Mac sauce in an 8 oz Ball or Mason jar and chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour, for the flavors to marry.
