- 4 tablespoon Chili powder bulk, generic
- 4 tablespoon Smoked paprika
- 4 tablespoon Cumin ground
- ½ teaspoon Chipotle powder optional
- 4 tablespoon Garlic powder or granules
- 4 tablespoon Salt
Measure out all the spices into a mixing bowl.
4 tablespoon Chili powder, 4 tablespoon Smoked paprika, 4 tablespoon Cumin, 4 tablespoon Garlic powder, 4 tablespoon Salt
Mix the spices until they are evenly blended.
Transfer your homemade fajita spice mix to Ball canning jars or small spice jars.
Store in a cool, dry location.PRO TIP: Spices last longer when stored out of the light. A dark pantry or cupboard away from oven heat is best.
