- 4 tablespoon Cinnamon ground
- 4 tablespoon Fennel ground
- 2 tablespoon Star Anise ground
- 1 tablespoon Cloves ground
- 1 teaspoon Szechuan peppercorn ground
If you're using whole spices, grind them up fine first. Then, measure out the quantities in the recipe.
4 tablespoon Cinnamon, 4 tablespoon Fennel, 2 tablespoon Star Anise, 1 tablespoon Cloves, 1 teaspoon Szechuan peppercorn
Mix all the spice until evenly blended, making sure any lumps are broken up.
