Ingredients

  • 4 sausage patties any variety
  • vegetable oil in pump sprayer

Instructions

  • Place fresh or frozen sausage patties in a single layer in the bottom of an air fryer basket or slide in tray.
PRO TIP: You can lightly spray the sausage patties with vegetable oil, so they don't dry out. Use an oil pump sprayer, not aerosol non stick cooking spray. The aerosol propellants can damage the air fryer heating element.
    4 sausage patties, vegetable oil
  • Air fry the sausage patties at 375 °F for 6 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • The sausage patties are done when they reach an internal temperature of 160 °F.
  • Using a fork or tongs, transfer to a serving plate and let rest a few minutes for juices to redistribute.

Notes

  • Don't overcrowd the air fryer. If you overcrowd the air fryer, the sausage patties will not cook evenly.
  • Flip the sausage patties halfway through cooking. This will help ensure that they cook evenly on both sides.
  • If you're using frozen sausage patties, add a few minutes to the cooking time.
