Air Fryer Diced Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs potatoes Yukon, Red, or any
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  • Dice potatoes in ½" to 1" pieces. (You don't have to peel if using Yukon gold, or red potatoes).

  • In a large bowl, combine the diced potatoes, olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Toss to coat.

  • Spread the seasoned, diced potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Depending on the type or size of your air fryer, you may need air fry in two batches to prevent overcrowding.
  • Air fry for 20-25 minutes at degrees 350 F, or until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy.
  • Transfer the air fried diced potatoes to a serving dish or platter, adjust seasoning, and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Don't overcrowd the air fryer basket. Overcrowding will prevent the diced potatoes from cooking evenly.
  • Shake the air fryer basket halfway through cooking to ensure the diced potatoes cook evenly.
