Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoon sage rubbed
  • 4 tablespoon thyme dried
  • 2 tablespoon marjoram dried
  • 2 tablespoon rosemary dried
  • tablespoon nutmeg ground
  • 2 teaspoon salt optional
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne optional

Instructions

  • Measure and combine all of the ingredients in a bowl.
    4 tablespoon sage, 4 tablespoon thyme, 2 tablespoon marjoram, 2 tablespoon rosemary, 1½ tablespoon nutmeg, 2 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon cayenne
  • Stir all herbs and spices until well combined.
  • Store in an airtight container in the pantry for up to 6 months.

Notes

  • You can adjust the amount of each spice to your own taste.
  • Use poultry seasoning substitute at ½ teaspoon per lb of meat or about 1 tablespoon for a stuffing mix.
