- 3 tbs cinnamon ground
- 3 tablespoon ginger ground
- 1 tablespoon cardamom ground
- 1½ teaspoon allspice ground
- 1½ teaspoon cloves ground
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg ground
- 1 teaspoon mace ground
Measure all the spice into a bowl so you can blend them together.
3 tbs cinnamon, 3 tablespoon ginger, 1 tablespoon cardamom, 1½ teaspoon allspice, 1½ teaspoon cloves, 1 teaspoon nutmeg, 1 teaspoon mace
Using a whisk, blend them together. You can taste a pinch to decide if you want to add more of any of the spices.
Transfer the spice blend to a air tight container, mason jar, or spice jar. Store in a cool, dark pantry location for 6 months. Check for freshness after that.
