Puff Pastry Apple Roses

Puff pastry apple roses are surprisingly easy to make.

Using pre-rolled puff pastry sheets, apples, and cinnamon sugar, you can make these beauties in no time!

Preheat the oven, then wash, core, and slice the apples.

Soften sliced apples in the microwave, then toss with lemon and cinnamon sugar.

Spread puff pastry with cinnamon sugar, then slice into 6 equal width strips.

Overlap the apple slices along the length of each pastry strip.

Fold over the flap of puff pastry and roll up into a puff pastry apple rosette.

Secure each puff pastry apple rosette with a toothpick.

Place each apple roll in a prepared muffin tin and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
