Mini Powdered Sugar Donuts

Not only do these mini donuts taste delicious, but they're quick to make; it takes under 30 minutes start-to-finish!

Mix the ingredients to make the donut dough.

Roll the dough out on a floured surface and cut our 2" circles.

Use a chop stick and pierce the centers to make a small hole in each circle.

Drop the donuts into hot oil, 350-365F, for 2-3 minutes per side.

Transfer to a rack or paper towels to absorb excess oil and cool.

When cool, roll twice in powdered sugar.
