Oven Roasted GarlicĀ 

Serve the oven roasted garlic as a spread, dip, or as a confit.

Start with large garlic bulbs, olive oil, and fresh herbs.

Pour olive oil in a baker, then add a layer of fresh herbs.

Cut the tops off the garlic bulbs, brush with oil, and layer some herbs on top.

Cover the baker with aluminum foil and roast the garlic until soft and tender.

Serve the roasted garlic on a buffet table for guest to scoop out of the bulbs, OR

Store in jars, covered with olive oil, as a garlic confit.
