Pumpkin Cream Cheese Bread

Mix the cream cheese, sugar, egg, the flour, and vanilla for the Cream Cheese Filling portion in a mixing bowl.

Mix the dry ingredients together with whisk.

The last bowl is for mixing the pumpkin puree, sugar, eggs, vanilla, orange extract, and vegetable oil together.

Next, spread the cream cheese spread on top of the layer of pumpkin puree batter.

Pour half the pumpkin puree batter into the loaf pan.

Pour the remaining pumpkin puree batter on top of the cream cheese layer, and gently spread out.

Let cool for 15 minutes before turning out of the loaf pan and slicing.

Serve as a breakfast bread, a dessert bread, or even as part of an appetizer platter.
