Pumpkin Granola (Grain Free Granola)

Pumpkin Granola is the perfect pumpkin spice season treat, and it's a grain-free granola recipe!.

Wholesome & delicious, this pumpkin granola uses large, fluffy flakes of unsweetened coconut with seeds, nuts, and raisins.

Add unsweetened coconut, pecans, almonds, sunflower, pumpkin seeds, & raisins to a large bowl.

Toss to combine the grain free granola mixture. Mix the pumpkin puree, maple syrup, spices, and coconut oil in a small bowl.

Pour the pumpkin mixture over the bowl of grain-free granola and mix to combine and coat the coconut.

Spread on a prepared, rimmed bakign sheet and bake at 300F for 30 minutes.

Let the pumpkin granola cool completely before transfering to storage jars.
