Smoked Gouda Scalloped Potatoes

Gouda Smoked Scalloped potatoes are a cheesy, creamy potato dish that will become a family tradition.

Use the mandolin to slice the potatoes.

Spread a layer of the potatoes on the bottom of the prepared baking dish.

Alternate layers of potatoes, chopped onions, flour, salt, and pepper.

You should have 3 layers.

Pour milk over the top of the butter and flour top layer.

Top with shredded Gouda cheese.

Bake covered until the potatoes are fork tender. Broil for 2-5 minutes.
