Traditional Rum Balls

Traditional  rum balls are a classic holiday treat that is always a crowd-pleaser.

Spiced rum adds to the holiday spirit when making these rum balls!

Combine fine crushed cookie crumbs with

finely chopped walnuts.

Sift the powdered sugar and cocoa powder into the bowl of cookie crumb mixture.

Pour in the Rum and combine into a stiff 'dough'.

Form into small balls and chill for 30 minutes.

Roll rum balls in cocoa powder.

You can also roll rum balls in powdered sugar, chopped nuts, or coconut.

Serve to your guests or add to your dessert board for the Holidays!
