Ingredients

  • 2 lb Blueberries - Fresh fresh, washed
  • 1 Cake mix yellow, white, or lemon cake mix
  • ½ Butter melted

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • Empty the cake mix into a large mixing bowl, and drizzle the melted butter over the cake mix.
  • Using a fork, pastry cutter, or your hands, mix the cake mix and melted butter until crumbly.
  • Pour the fresh, washed blueberries into the prepared baking dish.
  • Sprinkle the crumbled cake mix and butter evenly over the blueberries in the baking dish, and spread evenly over them. Be sure to break up any large lumps.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the blueberries are bubbling. Let cool 10-15 minutes before serving.

Notes

Here are a few tips for making this easy 3 ingredient blueberry cobbler:
  • To make sure that the cake mix crumble is evenly distributed over the blueberries, use a fork to break up any large clumps.
  • Let the cobbler cool slightly before serving, so that the filling has time to set.
