Ingredients

  • 1 cup Brown sugar packed
  • ¼ cup Dijon mustard smooth
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic minced
  • ½ teaspoon Cloves ground
  • ½ cup Pineapple juice
  • ½ cup Butter

Instructions

  • Place the brown sugar in a medium size mixing bowl.
    1 cup Brown sugar
  • Add the remaining ingredients on top and whisk until fully combined.
¼ cup Dijon mustard, ½ teaspoon Garlic, ½ teaspoon Cloves, ½ cup Pineapple juice, ½ cup Butter

Notes

  • Baste the ham frequently to ensure a glossy, caramelized glaze.
  • You can prepare the glaze up to a day in advance and store it in the refrigerator.
