- 32 oz Broccoli Frozen Florets
- ½ cup Water to steam the broccoli
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
- 8 oz Cream cheese softened
- 8 oz Sour cream
- 1 packet Ranch Dressing mix about 2 tablespoons of dry mix
- 2 cup Cheddar cheese shredded
Preheat your oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Fill a large microwave safe bowl with the frozen broccoli and season with salt and pepper. Cover with plastic wrap, leaving a gap as a vent.
32 oz Broccoli, ½ cup Water, ½ teaspoon Salt, ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
Microwave for 6 minutes, or until tender, stirring halfway. Remove and drain the broccoli. Place the drained broccoli in the bottom of the baking dish.
In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and dry ranch dressing mix. Beat until smooth and creamy.
8 oz Cream cheese, 8 oz Sour cream, 1 packet Ranch Dressing mix
Stir in half the shredded cheddar cheese until well combined.
2 cup Cheddar cheese
Scoop the cream cheese mixture on top of the broccoli in the casserole dish, spreading around to create an even layer. Top with the remaining half of the shredded cheese.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the edges are slightly golden brown. Let cool slightly to set up before serving. Enjoy!
