Real Fruit Strawberry Popsicles
Summer is in full swing, and what better way to cool down than with delicious homemade strawberry popsicles? These strawberry fruit popsicles are made with fresh strawberries and they're a perfect way to beat the heat.

- 1 lb strawberries fresh
- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoon sugar (optional)
Wash and hull the fresh strawberries, then add them to the blender.

Add the water, and the sugar if you choose to use it.

Blend until the strawberry mixture is smooth.
Pour into the popsicle molds almost to the very top. Leave a little room for expansion.PRO TIP: If you don't have a popsicle mold, you can use paper cups or ice cube trays. Paper Dixie cups work great! Place the lid and popsicle sticks into each mold according to the type of mold you are using.
Place in the freezer for 6 hours, or until hard. You may need to set your freezer on it's coldest setting.
- Use fresh strawberries when in season, but frozen are great when fresh strawberries aren't in season.
- Try using yogurt instead of water for Strawberries and Cream Popsicles!
- If you don't have a popsicle mold, you can use paper cups or ice cube trays.
- Freeze the popsicles for at least 4 hours before serving. This will give them time to set and become firm.
