  • Pour blue ice cream base into the previously frozen Cuisinart freezer bowl and set into the ice cream maker base.
  • Turn on, and set for 30 minutes churning. Remove when the ice cream base is the texture of soft serve ice cream.
  • Turn the ice cream maker off, and transfer the soft ice cream to a large mixing bowl. Fold in the broken Oreos and Chips Ahoy cookies.
  • Pour Cookie Monster ice cream into a lined loaf pan and place in the freezer for the "hardening" phase for 2 hours. Garnish with candy eyes and extra cookies when serving. Enjoy!

Notes

  • Use a deep freezer set to 0℉. This will help the ice cream freeze more quickly and evenly.
  • Use a freezer-safe container. This will help prevent the ice cream from getting freezer burn.
  • Let the ice cream soften before serving. This will make it easier to scoop.
  • Be creative with your toppings. You can add chocolate chips, sprinkles, or even candy bars to your ice cream.
