1½ tbs olive oil, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon salt, ½ teaspoon black pepper
Add the seasoned red potatoes to the air fryer basket and cook at 400 degrees F for 10 minutes.
Open the basket and shake or stir the potatoes and cook for an additional 8 to 10 minutes, or until golden browned and fork tender.
Adjust salt and pepper and then transfer the air fried red skin potatoes to a serving bowl or platter. Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
- Use small to medium-sized potatoes. This will help them cook evenly.
- Don't overcrowd the air fryer basket. This will prevent the potatoes from cooking properly.
- Shake the air fryer basket halfway through cooking to help the potatoes cook evenly.
- If you don't have an air fryer, you can also cook these potatoes in the oven. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and roast the potatoes for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
