- 1 lb strawberries fresh, washed, hulled, and quartered
- 14 oz canned coconut milk full fat
- ½ cup sugar
- ½ lemon squeezed
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Wash and hull the fresh strawberries.
Cut the strawberries into quarters and place in the blender.
