- 4 oz Butter Unsalted or salted
- 1 tablespoon Vinegar Apple cider or white vinegar.
- 1 cup Frank's RedHot sauce Or any brand of hot sauce.
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- ½ teaspoon Garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
- Cream cheese Optional
Add the butter to a sauce pan and melt on medium heat.
4 oz Butter
After the butter has melted, add in the hot sauce, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.PS: For a thicker, creamier sauce, melt 4 oz cream cheese into the buffalo sauce. 1 tablespoon Vinegar, 1 cup Frank's RedHot sauce, 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce, ½ teaspoon Garlic powder, ½ teaspoon Salt, ½ teaspoon Black pepper, Cream cheese
Blend with a whisk until sauce just starts to bubble and simmer for 2 to 3 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to cool to warm.
Transfer the buffalo dipping sauce to a jar such as Ball canning jar, a bail jar, or any container with a lid. Refrigerate if not using immediately.
- For even more creamy chicken buffalo sauce, melt 4 oz of softened cream cheese into the sauce pan.
- For a spicier sauce, use more hot sauce.
- For a milder sauce, use less hot sauce.
