Step 1: Add the butter to a sauce pan and melt on medium heat. After the butter has melted, add in the vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Blend with a whisk until sauce just starts to bubble and simmer for 2 to 3 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to cool to warm.

Ingredients

  • 4 oz Butter Unsalted or salted
  • 1 tablespoon Vinegar Apple cider or white vinegar.
