This light and fruity sangria is made with orange juice, sparkling Moscato wine, fresh berries, mint, and a touch of sweetness. It's the perfect balance of tart and sweet, with a hint of minty freshness.
This easy summer cooler can be made with either sparkling white wine of choice (Cava, Prosecco, Moscato, etc) or use any sparkling flavored water, or even sparkling white grape juice or apple cider. It's delightful to sip on hot days which ever way you mix it up.
- Sparkling White Wine (Moscato) or Sparkling white juice (apple, grape, or even clear soda).
- Orange Juice - Fresh or from carton.
- Raspberries - Fresh, washed.
- Blueberries - Fresh, washed.
- Strawberries - Washed, hulled, and quartered.
- Peaches - Or a pear, sliced.
- Lemon - Sliced thin, for garnish.
- Sparkling water - Chilled.
- Mint Leaves - Fresh, washed mint leaves removed from stem.

How to Make White Sangria
By varying the fruit and wine combinations (or sparkling juice) you use, you will end up with totally different flavor profiles each time you make this white sangria recipe.
The best part about this white sangria recipe is that it's so easy to make. Simply combine all of the ingredients in a pitcher, stir to combine, and chill for at least an hour. Then, serve over ice and enjoy!
Prepare The Berries
- Wash and trim the fruit.
- Slice the peach, discarding the stone. Quarter the strawberries.
- In a large pitcher, add the strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and slice peaches.
- Use a long wooden spoon to 'muddle' the fruit to release their juices.
Add Lemon Slices
- Wash and thinly slice the lemon, add lemon slices and orange juice to the pitcher of muddled berries and refrigerate for one hour.
Add Sparkling Wine and Water
- Add the sparkling water and the sparkling Moscato (or sparkling juice) to the pitcher and stir to mix.
Garnish and Serve
- Pour the fruity sangria with some of the fruit into glasses with ice. Garnish with mint leaves and serve.
