- Preheat the oven to 400F and if using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 15 to 20 minutes to prevent them from burning in the oven.
- In a large bowl, add the shrimp, olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, cayenne, salt, pepper, and lime juice. Toss to mix well.
Thread The Shrimp On Skewers
- Thread the the shrimp onto the wooden or steel skewers. You can also skewer vegetables on extra skewers and cook them at the same time!
- Brush with any of the remaining marinade in the bowl.
Place Shrimp Skewers In The Oven
- Lay the skewers on the broiling rack and bake in the oven 4" to 6" below the broiler element for about 6 minutes, or until the shrimps start to turn pink.
