No Mayo Spinach Artichoke Dip
This no mayo spinach artichoke dip is the perfect solution if you don't like mayonnaise. Not only that, but this spinach artichoke dip with fresh spinach is freezable!

- 14 oz Artichokes chopped
- 8 oz Cream cheese
- 1 cup Sour cream
- 1 cup Mozzarella shredded
- ½ teaspoon Onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- 8 oz Fresh spinach washed or pre-washed in the bag
Cut the artichokes into small pieces. Cut the cream cheese into smaller portions. Add the artichokes, cream cheese, and sour cream to the slow cooker. PRO TIP: For best results use a 2 to 4 quart size slow cooker. 14 oz Artichokes, 8 oz Cream cheese, 1 cup Sour cream
Add the shredded Mozzarella cheese, onion powder, and salt.
1 cup Mozzarella, ½ teaspoon Onion powder, ¼ teaspoon Salt
Empty the bag of pre-washed spinach on top of the other ingredients.
8 oz Fresh spinach
Cover the slow cooker and set to LOW for 2 hours. Make sure to mix the spinach into the other ingredients after 1 hour. Serve warm or cold with crackers and dippers.
- To make this dip ahead of time, simply assemble the dip and store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours. When ready to serve, heat the the dip as in the crockpot as directed.
- If you want a spicier dip, add a pinch of cayenne pepper or red pepper flakes.
- For a richer flavor, use full-fat sour cream and cream cheese.
