Ingredients

Sun Dried Tomato Cream Cheese Spread

  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 4 tablespoon sun-dried tomatoes any variety
  • 4 tablespoon mayonnaise real mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce optional
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Pinwheel Sanwiches

  • 4 10" flour tortilla any flavor
  • 8 slices Munster cheese or any flavor
  • 16 slices smoked turkey breast or any flavor
  • 4 leaves butter lettuce or spinach

Instructions

Sun-Dried Tomato Cream Cheese Spread

  • Finely chop the sun dried tomatoes and add to a bowl with the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, garlic salt, and black pepper.
    4 oz cream cheese, 4 tablespoon sun-dried tomatoes, 4 tablespoon mayonnaise, 2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon salt, ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • Mix well until all ingredients are blended into a creamy spread.

Turkey Pinwheel Sandwiches

  • Spread 2 tablespoon of the sun-dried cream cheese spread on each of the four flour tortilla wraps, then lay two slices of Munster cheese down the middle of each tortilla wrap.
    4 10" flour tortilla, 8 slices Munster cheese
  • Spread four thin deli slices of smoked turkey on top of the cheese on each tortilla.
    16 slices smoked turkey breast
  • Add some of the lettuce down the middle of each tortilla.
    4 leaves butter lettuce
  • Roll up each layered tortilla into a tight roll. Slice each roll up into eight slices. Serve immediately or chill until ready to serve. Serve on a wooden charcuterie board or plate with any remaining sun-dried tomato cream cheese as a dip or spread.

Notes

  • For a more flavorful pinwheel, you can toast the tortillas before spreading the cream cheese mixture on them.
  • You can also add other ingredients to the cream cheese mixture, such as chopped walnuts, cranberries, or bacon.
  • If you're making the pinwheels ahead of time, wrap them tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for up to 24 hours.
  • This sun dried tomato cream cheese spread is fabulous for dipping vegetables as well as a wrap spread!
