- 1 lb Brussel sprouts trimmed and sliced in half
- 3 large Apples Granny Smith, cored and sliced
- 1 large Onion Yellow or Vidalia, sliced
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 3 tablespoon Maple syrup
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Line a large, rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil and spay with some non stick cooking spray.
Scatter the sliced Brussel sprouts, apples, and onions on the prepared baking sheet.

Drizzle the olive oil and maple syrup on the sprouts and apples, then season with salt and pepper. Toss lightly to mix.

Bake in the preheated oven 15 to 20 minutes, or until the brussel sprouts and apples are caramelized as much as you like them.PRO TIP: For an easy main dish, add sliced smoked sausage or bratwursts to the baking sheet.
