Instructions
Measure and combine all of the ingredients in a bowl.
4 tablespoon sage,
4 tablespoon thyme,
2 tablespoon marjoram,
2 tablespoon rosemary,
1½ tablespoon nutmeg,
2 teaspoon salt,
1 teaspoon cayenne
Stir all herbs and spices until well combined.
Store in an airtight container in the pantry for up to 6 months.
Notes
You can adjust the amount of each spice to your own taste.
Use poultry seasoning substitute at ½ teaspoon per lb of meat or about 1 tablespoon for a stuffing mix.
