24 oz Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips, 14 oz Sweetened Condensed Milk
Microwave for 1 minute and remove from the microwave. Stir with a spatula to allow the heat to start melting the chips.
Return to the microwave for 15 second microwave bursts, stirring after each until the the chocolate is melted and smooth.
Add the cubed butter and stir in with the spatula.
2 tablespoon butter
Using an electric mixer, beat the hot fudge mixture until the butter is evenly combined and the texture smooth. Pour into the prepared baking pan and smooth out evenly. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
Remove from refrigerator, pull out of the pan by lifting the parchment paper. Lay on a cutting board, and using a hot knife, cut into pieces.
