Preheat your oven to 350 F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set it aside.
In a large mixing bowl, mix together the almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, salt, garlic powder, and dry or minced fresh parsley. Whisk the dry ingredients so they are well blended.
2¼ cup Almond Flour, 2 tablespoon Coconut Flour, 1 tablespoon Baking powder, 1 teaspoon Garlic powder, ½ teaspoon Salt, 2 teaspoon Parsley
Add the grated butter. Using a fork mix the dry ingredients with the grated butter so that the butter is evenly coated and mixed in.

Add the heavy cream, eggs, and shredded cheddar cheese.

Mix all the ingredients in the bowl with a spatula, folding and quickly mixing until just combined. Don't over mix.
Using a ¼ cup scoop or spoon, drop biscuit dough onto the parchment covered baking sheet about 2" apart. Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until the tops begin to turn golden brown.
Remove and set on a rack to cool. Brush with additional melted butter with some dry parsley and garlic powder mixed in for the most authentic keto Red Lobster biscuits on the planet!
