- 4 oz butter (½ stick)
- 2 tablespoon honey
- 24 oz corn frozen
- 4 oz cream cheese cubed or softened to room temp
- 1 teaspoon Cajun spice blend
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ cup Parsley chopped for garnish
In a large 12" cast iron or enameled skillet, melt the butter on medium high heat.

After the butter has melted, stir in the honey.

Add the frozen (or fresh) corn niblets to the skillet and saute on medium heat for 6 minutes.
24 oz corn
Add the cream cheese and cook for an additional 5 minutes. Stir so that the cream cheese is blended in with the corn as it melts.
4 oz cream cheese
Add your favorite Cajun or Creole spice blend to the skillet of corn.

Season with salt, pepper, and sprinkle with some chopped parsley before serving.
