- Butter
- Cream Cheese

- Parsley - chopped for garnish, optional.

How to Make Cajun Fried Corn
Our Cajun Fried Corn is the perfect mix of savory, spicy, and sweet flavors that results in something truly unique.
Saute the Butter and Corn
- In a large 12" cast iron or enameled skillet, melt the butter on medium high heat.
- After the butter has melted, stir in the honey.
- Add the frozen (or fresh) corn niblets to the skillet and saute on medium heat for 6 minutes.
Melt the Cream Cheese
- Add the cream cheese and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Stir so that the cream cheese is blended in with the corn as it melts.
Season with Cajun or Creole Spices
- Add your favorite Cajun or Creole spice blend to the skillet of corn. You can use our recipe for Cajun spice blend to make your own, the benefit being that you can regulate the heat in your Cajun spice seasoning.
Garnish and Serve
- Season with salt, pepper, and sprinkle with some chopped parsley before serving.
