Ingredients

  • 8 oz Potstickers frozen, ½ bag
  • vegetable oil in oil sprayer

Potsticker Dipping Sauce

  • ¼ cup soy sauce or teriyaki sauce
  • ¼ cup water
  • 2 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • teaspoon garlic powder or 1 minced clove of garlic
  • ¼ teaspoon toasted sesame seeds

Instructions

  • Place frozen potstickers in air fryer basket in a single layer so the hot air can circulate around the potstickers. Cook Frozen – Do not thaw first.
    8 oz Potstickers
  • Spray the potstickers with a light mist of vegetable oil using the oil sprayer.
PRO TIP: Spraying with a little vegetable oil will prevent hard and dry air fryer potstickers.
    vegetable oil
  • Set your air fryer temperature to 375 degrees F. No need to preheat, the forced hot air heats up so fast that preheating has negligible effect.
  • Air fry for 6-8 minutes, or until the potstickers are golden brown and crispy.
  • Remove air fried potstickers from the air fryer basket with tongs as they are HOT. Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.

Potsticker Dipping Sauce

  • Make your own dipping sauce by blending soy or teriyaki sauce with water, garlic powder, rice vinegar, and sesame seeds together.
¼ cup soy sauce, ¼ cup water, 2 tablespoon rice vinegar, ⅛ teaspoon garlic powder, ¼ teaspoon toasted sesame seeds

Notes

  • Place FROZEN potstickers in air fryer. No need to thaw, just go from freezer to air fryer.
  • If you don't have an air fryer, you can cook the potstickers in a skillet over medium heat. Cook them for 3-5 minutes per side, or until they are golden brown and crispy.
  • Serve the potstickers immediately after cooking them. They will not be as crispy if they sit for too long.
