- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 teaspoon honey
- ½ cup vanilla yogurt
- 3 cups frozen peaches
- ⅛ teaspoon cinnamon ground
Pour the milk, honey, yogurt, and cinnamon into the blender.
1 cup whole milk, ½ cup vanilla yogurt, ⅛ teaspoon cinnamon, 1 teaspoon honey
Add the frozen peaches to the blender next. If you’re using fresh peaches, be sure to add some ice cubes also so that you have a thick and creamy frozen peaches and cream smoothie.
3 cups frozen peaches
Place a cover over your blender and process on high in short bursts.
If the consistency is too thick, pour in some more of the milk until your smoothie is the frozen texture you prefer.
Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
- If you don't have frozen peaches, you can use fresh peaches, but be sure to add a few ice cubes to the blender to help it blend smoothly.
- You can adjust the amount of milk to your liking. If you want a thicker smoothie, use less milk. For a thinner smoothie, use more milk.
- Use a high-powered blender. A high-powered blender will help to break down the ice and peaches, creating a smooth and creamy smoothie.
