Crumbl style Pumpkin Spice cookies are easy to make and taste just like the real Crumbl cookies, at a fraction of the cost! These cinnamon dusted, cream cheese frosting swirls adds an extra layer of delicious flavor.
Use an ice cream scoop to scoop up the cookie dough into 20 large balls. Place on the parchment lined cookie sheets. Flatten each cookie slightly with your hand before placing in the oven to bake.
Bake 15 - 18 minutes and then remove. Cool 5 minutes and transfer to a cooling rack. Let cookies cool completely before frosting.
Cinnamon Cream Cheese Frosting
Mix the cream cheese and butter together until smooth. Slowly add the powdered sugar, milk, vanilla extract, with the pumpkin spice or cinnamon.
Fill a piping bag fitted with a round piping tip (or cut a small hole in the corner of the bag) with the frosting.
½ teaspoon Pumpkin Spice blend
Make the Crumbl signature cookie look by piping a large swirl of frosting starting from the center of the cookie outwards.
Lightly dust the tops of the cookies with the last ½ teaspoon of Pumpkin Spice blend. Serve.
Notes
You can use store bought frosting instead of homemade cream cheese frosting also.
If you halve this recipe, use 1 egg yolk for the egg.
Don't overbake these tender, soft pumpkin sugar cookies.
