2 large Granny Smith Apples, 1 tablespoon Butter, 1 tablespoon Lemon juice, ½ teaspoon Vanilla extract, 3 tablespoon Brown sugar, ½ teaspoon Cinnamon, ⅛ teaspoon Salt

Instant Pot Processing
Sprinkle the top with the oat crumble topping.
Pour the 1 cup of water into the bottom of the Instant Pot itself, and place the casserole of apple blueberry crumble in a trivet that has lift out handles.
1 cup Water
Place the lid on the Instant Pot and set the vent to SEAL and cook settings to Manual for 2 minutes. It will take about 10 minutes to reach pressure, then the 2 minutes will count down for the cook time.
Once the cook timer beeps, do a manual release of the steam, taking care to stay out of the steam path.PRO TIP: For a crispier oat crumble topping, place the apple blueberry crumble under broiler on medium for about 3 to 4 minutes, or use the air fryer lid to brown the crumble topping if your Instant Pot has one.
