Simmer With Taco Sauce and Sour Cream
- Add the water, taco sauce (or salsa), and sour cream, stirring well while cooking until thickened.
Add The Corn and Black Beans
- Add the black beans and corn kernels, stir and remove from the heat.
Bake Until The Cheese Is Melty
- Layer half the corn chips in a baking dish, followed by the meat mixture and half the cheese.
