Ingredients
- 6 flour tortillas
- 6 eggs
- 6 slices Colby cheese , thin deli slices
- 12 strips bacon , cooked
- ¼ cup melted butter
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. Brush a rimmed baking sheet with oil or non stick spray. Set aside for later.
- Heat a skillet and use non stick spray or brush with oil. Whisk one egg in a small bowl, add to heated skillet. As egg starts to set up don't flip, instead lay one flour tortilla on top, and using your hand to hold the tortilla in place, turn skillet upside down so the egg is on top of the tortilla.
