How To Make This Rum Balls Recipe

Rum balls are a delicious and easy-to-make treat that is perfect for any occasion. They are made with a simple mixture of chocolate, rum, and nuts, and then rolled into balls and coated in chocolate or cocoa powder.

Mix With The Chocolate And Powdered Sugar

  1. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. Use a food processor to finely chop the vanilla wafer cookies, then add them to a large mixing bowl.
  3. Repeat the food processing with the walnuts, adding them also to the cookie crumbs in the mixing bowl.
  4. Add the powdered sugar and the cocoa powder to a fine mesh sieve. Using a spoon, sift the powdered sugar and the cocoa powder into the mixing bowl of cookie crumbs and walnuts. The sieve will break up any lumps in the powdered sugar and cocoa.
